If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right ✨
Because Glow Co grip socks are all about comfort, confidence, and clean vibes, we can only accept returns for unworn, unused items still in their original packaging with tags attached.
The Basics

You’ve got 7 days from delivery to request a return.

Socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging — no exceptions.

Tried them on? They’re officially yours 💅 (for hygiene reasons, we can’t take them back).

If used or worn socks are returned, they will be responsibly discarded or donated — and no refund will be issued.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number.
- Glow Co cannot guarantee or process returns for packages without tracking confirmation.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale and limited-edition drops are final sale — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
To start a return, email orders@glowcosocks.com with your order number and reason.
Once your item passes inspection, your refund will hit your account within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Order?
If your order shows up not-so-perfect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — fast.
