Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

Please note: during product launches, holidays, or restocks, processing times may take a little longer — we’re a small team, but we move fast. 💨

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

  • U.S. Orders: $5 flat rate for orders under $40

  • Free shipping for orders over $40 (U.S. only)

  • Canada: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days (depending on your location and carrier delays)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note that once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. Glow Co is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your tracking says delivered but you can’t find your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building staff

  • Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)

If it still doesn’t appear, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Address Changes & Errors

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Glow Co is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If you notice an error, email orders@glowcosocks.com within 12 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

Preorders & Restocks

If you order an item marked preorder, it will ship once the product becomes available.
Estimated ship dates are listed in the product description, and you’ll receive an update once your order is on the way.

Customs & Duties (Canada Orders)

Canadian customers may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
